Openbiz 2.2.2 beta2 released

Openbiz 2.2.2 beta2 released. It still can work with Openbiz Eclipse plugin 1.0.0. The main features in this release are:
- Openbiz client build on prototype library
- Auto suggestion text input. Thanks for Jim's contribution.
- Access control on Tabs and Menu. Thanks contribution from Wasiko.

prototype.js patch for 2.2.2 beta2

Remember to get the patch for prototype.js from the openbiz svn site. This patch is to enable pass disabled form elements values in AJAX calls.
