Cubi 0.4 release with Openbiz 3.0.  Link to download Cubi 0.4

New features include:

Add user general settings configuration. This allows turning on/off some settings on login page

Add group module. Group is the new way to set data visibility

Add web service module. This module helps developers easy publish web service on top on Cubi. Web service admin is used to set web service permission.
